100+ Women Who Care Smith Mountain Lake We Care. We Give. We Make a Difference. We are local women making local impact! Simple. Powerful. 100+ Women Who Care ~ SML is simply powerful!

The concept is simple: 100+ caring and compassionate women meet three times a year for just one hour. Three members share information about local nonprofits that they are passionate about. The group votes and everyone writes a $100 check to the selected nonprofit, resulting in $10,000 toward positive change in the community.

Don't forget...our Winter IMPACT Meeting will be on Tuesday, January 13, at 1PM at Trinity Ecumenical Parish. Please come and nominate your favorite charity! Our collective donations of $16,000+ will facilitate positive change. A $5,000 grant for eligible charities from a supporting foundation will amplify that change! The SML Boomer Band will be performing at The Harvester Performance Center on August 3 for a Sounds of Compassion concert benefiting three local charities, including Helping Hands of Franklin County, our Spring IMPACT winner, and Stepping Stone Mission, one of our 2019 winners!
