Consider joining E-Motion’s Virtual Grief Movement Community this fall — a peer-led, movement-based grief group open to anyone who has experienced the death of a person.

This virtual community will be facilitated by Myra Sack — E-Motion’s Founder and Executive Director, and most importantly, Havi’s mom.

Together, participants will gather each week to make space for grief through community, reflection, ritual, and movement.

This fall, E-Motion is launching 60+ Grief Movement Communities across the country, including this virtual option for grievers who may not have an in-person community nearby.
