🎥Stop Motion Animation Camp for Youth Ages 8-16 with Ian Raymond
Saturdays, June 13, 20 & 27 from 11am-1:30pm
Learn how to animate frame by frame and create short stop-motion clips. Using the material of the week, students will create their own objects to animate and bring them to life by using instructed stop-motion techniques. Each student will work individually or with others to create a short animation movie.
Week 1: Animating paper
Week 2: Animating clay
Week 3: Animating toys
Fee: $115

🐦 Tsirk painting this week! T-F 11-6 and Sat 10-2!

Hancock is the 2026 Finno-Ugric Capital of Culture! Stop by the Arts Center this week to help paint paper and wooden versions of the "Tsirk" or "The World Bird," known from Finno-Ugric mythology and is the symbol of the Finno-Ugric Capital of Culture.

👉 Stop by Tuesday-Friday 11am-6pm or Saturday 10am-2pm.

Featured painters: Pamela Hecht painting the base color for wooden birds and Helen Belopavlovich and friend painting wood and paper tsirk. Thank you for all your help!

❗Pick up of physical items and gift certificates for goods/services/experiences is this week May 19-23. If you need an item shipped, make sure to have selected that during checkout as there is an extra shipping & handling fee.

❗If you won a service or experience then a digital gift certificate with donor contact info will be emailed to you this week. You may also pick up a print version of it starting this Tuesday, May 19th.
