Our mission is to positively influence a healthful community through enhanced philanthropy and collaboration. Learn about what we do at coppershores.org!

We serve the charitable health needs of Baraga, Houghton, Keweenaw, and Ontonagon counties. Copper Shores aims to help improve the health of Michigan's Copper Country. We do this in a number of ways including grant and scholarship opportunities, a Meals on Wheels program that serves Houghton and Keweenaw counties, our Bridges program that helps people in poverty find stability, an outreach and education division that provides proactive solutions to addition, mental and behavioral health issues, and a victim support office that helps victims of any crimes.

You love to see it! We're excited to have another AED out in an accessible place within the Copper Country! Thanks to the Calumet Theatre and Village of Calumet for being great community partners!

A huge “THANK YOU!” to Copper Shores for the gift of this life saving AED machine. Not only will theatre patrons benefit from this device but the Calumet community at large. The AED machine is located in the village lobby area just across from the elevator entrance on the 1st floor. This makes the device accessible to the Village of Calumet and also The Calumet Theatre. Thanks again to Copper Shores for this life saving gift!
