Couldn’t be more excited to add the 400m 🥉 to the 5000m 🥇 last night, and some other great things I’ve seen happening at Paris 2024:

-Young athletes like Dakota (who is from my youth sports program) get to see that adaptive sports matter and are competed on the world’s biggest stage. That opens all sorts of possibilities in their minds.
-That crowd!!! And the enthusiastic volunteer 😊. The stadium has been packed with cheering fans session after session, and they’re all witnessing the power of sport as well as becoming aware of all of the adaptive sports that are out there. Their perception of disability will be changed forever, and they’ll be educators for everyone around them!

So exciting to be a small part of making this happen!
