Slight change to the Halloween Parade beginning time. Vendors will be at the park as early as 4pm. Please have the girls at the park by 5:30 pm and the parade will step off at 6:00 pm.

Cooler weather is on its way, which means the Halifax Halloween Parade is on Sunday, October 25!! HGSL is planning to have a hay wagon in the parade for the girls to participate. We are going with a “witches & bats” theme. 🧙‍♀️ 🦇 HGSL players and coaches from spring and fall seasons are welcome to join us. Please bring candy to throw to the crowd and if you’d like come dressed with your HGSL softball jersey/gear or witch’s hat!

*Parents are asked to drop girls off at the park, near the playground then meet us at the end of the parade by the band stand to pick up your daughter(s).

Don’t forget to stop on out to the HGSL softball fields tonight, October 12 from 6-7:30 pm to grab some dinner!! We will be grilling up some delicious food (burgers, dogs, etc. while supplies last.) There are no games going on…but help us close up the stand for the season by ordering your dinner at the fields!! 🥎

Sadly, Fall Softball has come to an end, however we are opening our concession stand one last time. Monday, October 12 from 6-7:30 pm we will be grilling up some delicious food. Help us close up the stand by ordering dinner at the fields (while supplies last).

Apparently today is National Coaches Day and we may be biased but we have some of the very best! 🖤💛🥎

We wanted to take this opportunity to say a huge THANK YOU to our incredible coaches who spend countless hours at practices, games, tournaments, and in the car traveling from field to field. They give their time, energy, patience, and heart—all because they believe in our girls!

Also, because of them, our girls are learning teamwork, discipline, hard work, and perseverance both on and off the field.🥎

If you submitted Mum orders, please pick them up at Smucker Gardens in Millersburg today between 9:00 - 11:00 am. Lindy will be there to with the orders.

It will be the perfect night to eat some wings and enjoy some fall softball as we will be hosting two home games that evening! Our concession stand will also be open serving lots of delicious food, so come hungry…your dinner plans have been made!! 🥎
