Saturday was a really big day for our chapter as we passed 5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ beds delivered!! Thank you to our NY friends from Positive Workforce who showed early and ready to deliver! We are so grateful for your help to ensure ! You guys are awesome!

It’s not just a bed, it is 500 children who received a message that there are people who care. They can remember that message each time they see the bed that is theirs, each time they lay down in a space that is their own. We hope they realize how much they matter.

We had a great build event in Toms River on Saturday! There were some sprinkles in the morning but cleared up to be beautiful! Thank you to our Toms River Hub, Ocean's Harbor House, for hosting, all of your volunteers, and for providing the delicious food! Thank you Lowe’s for your incredible support of our mission ! Lorenzo and team arrived early for setup and stayed late for cleanup as well as providing the lumber for the build. Awesome work to all and we built 25 beds! We are incredibly grateful to be the recipient of a generous grant from TJX companies Inc. This grant will enable us to build and deliver more beds, lifting more kids up off the floor, providing an increased sense of dignity. Thank you so very much!!
