The holidays often mean that children who depend on school breakfasts and lunches may go without food. To help them and their families, our friends at Zufall Health have created an interactive map that shows food pantries, free markets, soup kitchens, and more in the area.

You're our community and we worry about YOU! The National Weather Service's Heat Advisory will remain in effect until Sunday night so please drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Young children and pets should never be left unattended in vehicles under any circumstances but especially in this heat.

Be safe and stay cool!
