Hello everyone! It's that time.
We are asking for your help with Thanksgiving Donations to help our Greenwood Lake friends and neighbors.

We made food baskets for almost 80 families last year and expect this year will be no different. On the list: Stuffing, Instant Mashed Potatoes, Corn Bread Mix, Corn, Green Beans, Cranberry Sauce, Gravy, Chicken Broth, Juice and Coffee. We also like to have cans of pumpkin on hand for the bakers....

The Amazon wish list has been updated (along with breakfast cereal, soup, canned pasta. Also oil, flour, and sugar - which are extra luxuries we don't usually stock)

In addition to the Amazon list, donations can be dropped off during pantry hours (Sat 9-12) or at the GWL Police Station during other hours.

We are so very thankful for the generousity of this community and could not fathom doing this every year without your help.

For those of you wondering, there is no Amazon update this month as we are busy behind the scenes getting ready for our annual Thanksgiving Drive. 🦃

As soon as we have our wishlist ready, we'll post updates on what is needed to help GWL families celebrate the day.

Hi everyone. First a BIG thank you to everyone who donated last month. Because of your generosity, we are able to continue to offer our customers staples such as cereal, green beans, corn, mashed potatoes, etc.

This month we are asking for basic personal care items. These items are hard for us because we rely 100% on donations...we have essentially run out.

What's needed: tooth brushes, toothpaste, soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, razors, shaving cream, deoderant, feminine hygene products (pads, liners, tampons), Ibuprofin(Advil)/acetaminophen(Tylenol)

We know times are tough for a lot of folks out there. No matter how big or small of a donation you are able to make - we are thankful for each and every one and so, so thankful for this community.

This is to the Catholic Daughters of Greenwood Lake Holy Rosary Church for their School Supplies Drive. We just distributed a School Supplies to the families in GWL who needed them.

Wow! Wow! Wow! We're a bit speechless.
This Community is simply the best!

Thank you to EVERYONE who ordered donations through Amazon or dropped off goods at the police station and pantry this past Saturday to help us out this month.

When we asked for help, you answered the call.

Hello everyone. We have a special ask this month.

Given an increase in demand for assistancee and funding cuts, the Food Bank we use was out of stock on some of our most asked for and needed items. We need your help to fill the gap!

Priority needs that we couldn't get this month: spaghetti sauce, canned corn, boxed/instant mashed potatoes, white rice and breakfast cearal of all types.

In addition, we could also use your help with juices (apple, cranberry, grape), peanut butter and canned fruit.

We certainly recognize that with rising costs this is a difficult time for so many and ...big or small...we are always grateful and appreciative of everything this community does for others. 🙏
