The Franklin County Police Cadet Program will be hosting an upcoming Open House for young people interested in learning more about careers in law enforcement and public service.

The Cadet Program is a year‑round, countywide initiative that brings together local law enforcement agencies to provide youth ages 14–21 with opportunities focused on leadership development, community service, and hands‑on learning in a positive, mentorship‑based environment.

Students, parents, and anyone interested in learning more about the program are encouraged to attend and see what the Cadet Program has to offer. Please see the flyer below for full event details and feel free to share to help us spread the word throughout the community.

Please join us in congratulating two of our cadets on their recent appointments to the 2026 NERLEEA Leadership Council.

We are incredibly proud of Cadet Sergeant Lillian Ramos Oliva and Cadet Sergeant Carlos Ramirez for their continued commitment to leadership and excellence. Their selection reflects both their hard work and the values of the FCPC program they represent.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to NERLEEA for providing this opportunity and for their continued support and partnership.
