💫There's an exciting project to move 32 acres in Greenfield MA into the commons and under community control!
🏡 Valley Community Land Trust (VCLT) is under contract to purchase the land. VCLT will lease to Valley Housing Co-op who will purchase the existing duplexes to create affordable stable homeownership. Noble Home Design/Build will lease land to create an ecological small home community with shared resources and preserved open space.
