Big Announcement for Revealing Abilities: Sports Edition!

We are honored to welcome Nolan Carroll II as our Keynote Speaker this September!

A former NFL defensive back with standout careers at the Miami Dolphins, Philadelphia Eagles, and Dallas Cowboys, Nolan’s story goes far beyond the game. A recipient of the prestigious Ed Block Courage Award, he has long exemplified leadership, resilience, and character, on and off the field.

After retiring from the NFL, Nolan embarked on a powerful journey of reinvention, building a new foundation rooted in purpose and impact. Today, he is the founder of Jacksonville Athletic Academy, a mentor to young athletes, a successful entrepreneur, and a sought-after speaker who equips others with his proven 5Cs framework: Confidence, Capabilities, Communication, Cooperation, and Creation.

Because of this incredible investment, our community homes are now mortgage-free, creating lasting stability and allowing us to focus more resources on resident care, independence, and quality of life. From safer exteriors to improved, more accessible kitchens, every upgrade brings greater comfort, dignity, and opportunity to the people we serve.
