Kansas License Plate Collectors Association (KLPCA) KLPCA is an association open to Kansas license plate collectors from all over the world. In 1986, a fall meet began in Delavan, Kan.

The KLPCA began in the spring of 1969 in Great Bend, Kan., as the Western Kansas License Plate Collectors Association. This meet was moved to Herington, Kan., and later Lawrence, Kan. Due to the two meets being held in central and eastern Kansas, it was decided to change the name to the Kansas License Plate Collectors Association. KLPCA brings Kansas license plate collectors from all over the world to buy, sell and trade various license plates, not just Kansas.

Good evening to all and hopefully you all got to enjoy the Chiefs win!!

We are getting closer to our upcoming meet on November 1st at the Douglas County Fairgrounds Bldg. 21. Meet starts at 7am, lunch, business meeting and awards around 11am.

A week from today, we will be underway with the spring KLPCA Meet in Cheney, KS. Saturday, April 11th will be the day, located in downtown Cheney, KS, at the Sedgwick County Fairgrounds. We hope to see everyone there!
