Our softball pitching machine was stolen from the park, and because we’re volunteer-run, replacing it while upgrading our security system is an unexpected strain on resources for the kids.

That machine helped our players practice, build their hitting skills, and prepare for games, and we’re determined not to let this setback take those opportunities away.

We are grateful for all of our community members who support our players, so if you can, please donate through the GoFundMe page or share it with someone in our community who might help us get back on the field.

🚨 ATTENTION GLL FRIENDS AND FAMILIES🚨

Unfortunately, we are saddened and disappointed to announce that our softball pitching machine has been stolen from Goshen Little League. This equipment is used by our players to practice, develop their skills, and enjoy the game we all love.

Our league is built on the support of our community, and it’s incredibly frustrating when something intended to benefit our kids is taken away from them.

If anyone has information about the missing pitching machine or has seen anything suspicious, please reach out to us. If you know who may be responsible, we ask that you do the right thing and return it.

Please help us spread the word by sharing this post. Our priority is getting this equipment back where it belongs — on the field for our kids. ⚾

Thank you for continuing to support Goshen Little League and our players. ❤️🤍

📢 Goshen Little League Update

All games and practices are canceled tonight due to the weather/field conditions.

Competitive Divisions: We will be working with Osolo to schedule a makeup. We will let everyone know once that has been scheduled.

Coach/Machine Pitch: I will reach out to your coaches and see if there is another day they are available to make up today’s practice.

Thank you for your understanding!

We apologize for the late notice and appreciate everyone’s understanding. We’ll see everyone at the next scheduled practice!

⚾️ Games are canceled tonight! ⚾️

With the holiday weekend, we have quite a few families out of town, which means we’re looking at a pretty low turnout tonight. We also won’t have enough coaches available to run the games since many of them are out of town as well.

Looking back, we probably shouldn’t have scheduled anything for today. Lesson learned! 😅

We’ll get makeup dates figured out and post an update early next week for this week’s canceled practice and game.

Thanks for understanding, and we hope everyone has a fun and safe holiday weekend! ❤️🇺🇸⚾️

🌡️ PRACTICE CANCELED TODAY ⚾️

After looking at today’s heat index, we’ve made the decision to cancel practice today for the safety of our players.

We know cancellations can be frustrating, especially when everyone is excited to get back on the field! But at the end of the day, our kids’ safety has to come first. ❤️

Thank you for your continued support and understanding! Stay cool and hydrated! 💧☀️
