Goshen Arts Council The Goshen Arts Council is the collective voice for the arts, advancing the City of Goshen by improving quality of place.

In the fall of 2016, Mayor Jeremy Stutsman assembled a team of 12 local artists and patrons of the arts to form Goshen’s first-ever Mayor’s Arts Council. The council has continued to grow since then and has turned its focus to gaining an Arts and Culture District designation from the Indiana Arts Commission. Goshen Arts Council’s mission is to support Goshen artists and creatives by connecting the
