đź’ś TOGETHER WE CAN BREAK THE SILENCE đź’ś

Domestic violence often happens behind closed doors, but its impact reaches far beyond them. On October 17, 2026, at 7:00 PM, Community Sisterhood invites you to join us for an evening dedicated to awareness, education, empowerment, healing, and hope.

Our Domestic Violence Awareness Program is about more than recognizing the signs of abuse—it is about reminding survivors that they are seen, they are heard, and they are not alone. Together, we can help create a community where individuals feel safe speaking out, where survivors are supported without judgment, and where everyone has access to the knowledge and resources needed to help break the cycle of violence.

Come stand with Community Sisterhood as we raise our voices for those who may not yet feel able to raise their own. Whether you are a survivor, advocate, family member, friend, or simply someone who believes everyone deserves to live free from violence and fear, your presence matters.

đź’ś Speak out. Reach out. Stand together.
đź’ś Your voice matters. Your story matters. Your life matters.
đź’ś Together, we can break the silence and help end the cycle of domestic violence.

Community Sisterhood — Support. Strength. Sisterhood.

Community Sisterhood members had an amazing time participating in Mrs. Ora’s Kountry Garden Community Children’s Garden & Garden-to-Pizza Workshop, where we engaged youth in the exciting world of chemistry through the Elephant Toothpaste experiment!

Young scientists explored chemical reactions by comparing 3% hydrogen peroxide with 20% hydrogen peroxide, observing how the concentration of a reactant affects the speed and intensity of a reaction. The result was an exciting explosion of foam, laughter, curiosity, and hands-on learning!

Experiences like these help children discover that science isn’t just something they read about—it’s something they can explore, question, and experience for themselves.

Thank you to Mrs. Ora’s Kountry Garden for creating opportunities that inspire the next generation of scientists, innovators, and problem-solvers. Community Sisterhood is proud to support programs that make STEM learning engaging, accessible, and fun for our youth!
