Breaking News!

The Independent Regulatory Review Commission voted 4-1 to approve new DHS regulations which restrict informational rights to parent under state law. Minors age 14-18 can consent, and control all records related to, mental health treatments - including expansive outpatient services.

This is a wakeup call for parents. The Shapiro Administration continues to target parents and children with blatant governmental overreach. The fight isn't over, and we will keep working to defend parental rights in Pennsylvania.

Thank you for making your voice heard! 2,000 of you spoke up. While we lost this battle, we will continue to fight for parental rights in Pennsylvania. You can continue to take action by making your voice heard at the polls on November 3rd! Send the message that Pennsylvania will not tolerate Governor Shapiro's overreach.
