A federal court upheld a Florida law protecting children from “adult live performances” or shows that depict nudity or sexual conduct.

Hamburger Mary’s, a drag-themed restaurant chain, had challenged the state’s Protection of Children Act, saying it was “vague” and violated its freedom of speech.
