Learn about Gyotaku (魚拓)— a traditional Japanese printmaking method where real fish are used to create beautiful, detailed prints. We’ll share a quick bit of history, then demonstrate the process on rice paper and fabric. After that, you’ll get hands-on time printing with both rubber practice fish and real fish, learning how to ink and transfer every scale and contour.
