VALA advocates for quality senior living that is affordable and welcoming of individuals with a variety of interests, abilities, and personal preferences. In knowing "Seniors Vote Too!", VALA encourages state leaders to invest in choices by supporting assisted living in Virginia.

✅ B — Balance loss
✅ E — Eye/vision changes
✅ F — Face drooping
✅ A — Arm weakness
✅ S — Speech difficulty
✅ T — Time to call 911

If you notice these warning signs, call 911 immediately.
