Save the date! Forward Foundation's Celebratory Gala returns Saturday, February 27, 2027, at the ACCA Shrine Center.

Get your dancing shoes ready for a black-tie-optional evening of cocktails, a surf and turf dinner by Chef Matt Kirwin of HomePlate, silent and live auctions, casino tables, and dancing. Most importantly, it's a night to celebrate the families, partners, and supporters who make up the Forward Foundation village.

Confidence doesn't always come before the scary thing. Sometimes you have to do it afraid and take that first step.

Our families recently joined Reba Hollingsworth - WTVR CBS 6 , our longtime media partner, for a public speaking workshop all about finding and using your voice. Reba reminded everyone in the room that their stories, experiences, and voices matter.

A heartfelt thank you to Reba for leading the workshop, to Laurel Presbyterian Church for hosting, and to Heaven Sent Child Care LLC for caring for our children so their parents could be fully present.

Workshops like this are part of what makes Forward Foundation more than childcare support. It takes a village to help families move forward, and we certainly have one.
