Join us for Chaparral Elementary's annual Grandparents breakfast, happening on Friday, September 4th from 7-8 AM! ☕️

Hello Sharks! 🦈

Invite your family and friends to join us for our annual Dine for Dollars Restaurant Night at 🍔In-N-Out🍔 on Sept 2nd, 2026 from 4:00-8:00 pm!

Head on over to the 🍔In-N-Out🍔 located near the corner of S. Market Street and E. Williams Field (next to Walmart).

Please show the cashier the digital or paper flyer when you place your order so they know that you are with Chaparral. This will maximize the amount our school earns. 20% of all sales will be donated back to the Shark Tank! 💙

We have some volunteer opportunities coming up for Q1!

We always need volunteers for Ice Days, it’s such a fun opportunity to visit your Shark! We also have our annual Grandparent’s Breakfast on Sept 4 and will need lots of helping hands. More info coming soon!

We are officially back in action at the Shark Tank and already having a fin-tastic year!

So let’s let the fun begin! On Thursday, August 13th PTO will be hosting our annual Meet the Principals night at Peter Piper Pizza (on Williams Field Rd. and Gilbert Rd.).

Come join Mrs. Hanson, Mrs. Walker, and PTO from 4pm-8pm for a night of pizza, friends, contests, and games! Participants will have an opportunity to participate in a whip cream eating contest, pizza pass, freeze dance, musical chairs and more!

So invite your family friends (they do not have to go to Chaparral) and let’s celebrate in style!

We hope to see you there Sharks!!

Thank you to the families who came out to Curriculum Night to learn more about your Sharks education and for supporting our Shark Shop! A special shoutout to higley.afjrotc for cleaning up and helping with inventory. Your help is greatly appreciated!
