We have been honored to partner with 17 Days for several years, and Shane continues to be an incredible resource for so many.

We invite you to follow 17days and take the time to get to know Shane’s journey, his personal experience with grief, and the meaningful way he is now using that experience to help others navigate their own.

Grief doesn’t simply go away. It becomes part of the journey. and Having someone who truly understands can make such a difference. Shane continues to bring hope, connection, and support to those walking through it. We love you Shane!

There is something incredibly special about watching a community come together for a shared purpose. 💗

This week, more than 25 amazing women joined us to pack over 600 Hope Box products that will go directly into the hands of women facing breast cancer.
*Every item packed represents more than a product. It represents comfort, dignity, encouragement, and a reminder that no woman should have to walk this journey alone.

A very special thank you to The Bra Recyclers for believing in our mission and supporting Impact One for the past 10 years and providing brand new products for our patients!

A special thank you to Taqueria Factory and The Be Kind Foundation in Chandler for hosting our event.

Having community partners who continue to stand beside us year after year has made such a difference in the women we are able to serve.

And to our amazing Impact One team thank you. Your dedication, your hearts, and everything you do behind the scenes are what allow Impact One to continue growing and thriving.

17 Days ! 💗 We are so grateful for his continued support of women making a difference in our community. His commitment to uplifting and recognizing women's health means so much to us. We love having his support and can’t wait to celebrate in October together 💕

Today I’m sitting in a mammography center with Rachel Ann 💕💕💕

Guys — go with her!

Sit in the waiting room. Hold her hand. Be there when she gets the mammogram, the follow-up, the ultrasound, whatever appointment she has.

And ladies — please get the mammogram. Make the appointment. Keep the appointment. Don’t put it off because you’re busy, scared, or think “it probably won’t happen to me.”

I know better than most how quickly life can change.

I can’t go back and change Sonya’s story. But I can sit here today with someone I love and encourage every woman reading this to take her health seriously …. and every man reading this to show up beside her.

Early detection matters.
Being there matters.
She matters.

So if she’s overdue, send her this post. Better yet, help her make the appointment.

And when that appointment comes?

The Central Arizona College Police Department would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Impact One Breast Cancer Foundation () for reaching out and sharing an update on the impact of the funds raised during our 2025 Symbols of Strength fundraiser.

Receiving this update reminds us why we launched the Symbols of Strength fundraiser last year. In its very first year, the generosity of the Central Arizona College community is already making a meaningful impact through .

Because of your support, Impact One has already provided direct assistance to more than 75 women navigating a breast cancer diagnosis during the first half of 2026. They have also provided 15 free 3D mammograms to uninsured and underinsured women across Arizona.

Through their programs, women have received life-changing support, including post-surgical bras, breast prostheses, wigs, compression garments, treatment support items, personalized guidance, and access to critical breast health resources.

Organizations like impact one are what make our communities stronger. Their commitment to helping others and providing hope to women and families across Arizona is exactly why the Central Arizona College Police Department selected them as the beneficiary of our inaugural Symbols of Strength event.

To everyone who purchased a shirt, made a donation, volunteered, or supported this cause—thank you. Your generosity is making a real difference in the lives of others.

Together, we are more than a police department—we are a community that cares. We look forward to continuing our partnership with and supporting their incredible mission for years to come.
