For moments you're not feeling in crisis or distress, dial 9-8-8. If you just need someone to talk to in confidence, dial 2-1-1. Each can offer resources and help calm what's on your mind.

That's a significant portion of our community: friends, family members, coworkers, neighbors. Mental health challenges are a lot more common than most people realize, and they're also very treatable.

Thank you so much to Racalto's and every guest who chose to round up during April. Your generosity and support mean more than words can express. 💙

Today, Racalto’s was honored to present a $500 check to CASA-Trinity CEO Ann Domingos, representing proceeds from April’s Racalto’s Roundup Program. Every single day, Ann and her compassionate team work on the frontlines helping individuals and families battling addiction, providing hope, healing, and a path forward during some of life’s most difficult moments. Their work changes lives, and we are truly grateful to stand beside them in support of our community.

What began as spare change, nickels, dimes, and quarters rounded up by our guests, has now grown into thousands of dollars donated back into our community through the Racalto’s Roundup Program. It is proof that small acts of kindness, when done together, can make a real and lasting difference.

Throughout May, all Roundup proceeds will benefit Palmesano Strong as we honor families affected by ALS and remember the strength, kindness, and legacy of Mick Palmesano. In June, Racalto’s will proudly support the brave men and women of the Wayland Cohocton Volunteer Fire Department for their unwavering service to our communities.

This week is National Prevention Week, and we wanted to take a moment to talk about what prevention actually looks like in practice.
Prevention work is about getting in front of a problem before it becomes a crisis. It's programs in schools, community education, early conversations about mental health and substance use, and making sure people have access to support before things get to a breaking point. We're proud to be part of it!
