Howdy folks, some news on hotels for Running GAGG 30, but don't get too excited.

The Quality Inn, the hotel we have traditionally used, is unable to provide room blocks to us because they are hosting the national guard who are running the nearby prison and expect to continue to do so for the foreseeable future. They may have some individual rooms available but told us they are booked up and unable to provide room block discounts.

The Hampton Inn, next door to Quality Inn and owned by the same people, is being renovated starting January 1st and is unable to provide any room blocks with discounts.

The Oak Valley Inn is offering 10% for Running GAGG attendees, they only have about 13 rooms but are a nice Bed and Breakfast and have a few suites you could go in on as a small group.

TL;DR Oak Valley Inn has 10% discount, no other hotels have discounts at this time. Hampton Inn is still bookable but is having renovations done starting in January so some of it's capacity will be offline. Quality Inn may have a few rooms available but we were told is mostly booked.

Sorry for the slight bit of chaos with hotels in town this year.

The exhibitor application is live for Running GAGG ### January 30 - February 1, 2026! Apply by December 1, 2025 to be part of exhibitor hall.

Running GAGG aims to have a vibrant and exciting exhibitor hall. It is the hub of the convention that sees a majority of the foot traffic. Your table will be in the thick of the crowd all weekend long.

We are looking forward to a great con this weekend! There are nearly 200 events scheduled from 2pm on Friday to 5pm on Sunday. Thank you to all of YOU for making this possible!

The Registration Desk will open at about 12pm on Friday. The first event starts at 2pm. Exhibitors will be loading their wares into the ballroom and it's going to be busy!

The college union is building 14 on the campus map inked here (https://www.geneseo.edu/gagg/runninggagg-travel) Please do not park next to the building -- you will get an expensive ticket! We will park in lots T, TT, and B.

Geneseo is expecting a potential storm system on Saturday evening. The chance of snow is 80%. 3 to 5 inches of snow expected. It's nothing we can't handle, drive safe.

It's the best weekend of the year, and we can't wait to see you. Have fun & play games!
