This week's $5 Friday helps remove barriers to essential care so children can start the school year healthy, confident, and ready to learn.

Your support helps the PRC of the Valleys to continue to 'WALK' alongside those who have experienced prenatal grief and loss, and to provide valuable resources to families facing unexpected pregnancies and considering abortion as an option.

We have a few prizes for those wishing to create a fundraising team and gather friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers to sponsor your individual walk. Everyone who raises $500 or more will be entered into a drawing to win a family photo session with Cody from Snap Happy or an Event pass to Kingdom Bound 2027.

🩺 $5 Friday: Blood Pressure Checks Are Essential 🩺
Did you know that high blood pressure is often called the "silent killer" because it usually has no warning signs?
Left untreated, it can increase the risk of heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, and other serious health problems. The good news is that a simple blood pressure check takes just a few minutes and can help catch problems early, when they're often easier to manage.
At the Geneseo Parish Outreach Center, our volunteers provide free blood pressure checks at community health fairs and anytime during clinic hours. It's one small way we're helping our neighbors stay healthy and informed.
