The Gospel of Mark is the most action-packed, fast-moving account of Jesus’ life in Scripture. But the story behind the book is just as dramatic.

The author was actually a ministry dropout. He famously abandoned the Apostle Paul midway through a missionary journey, causing a massive fallout. Yet, his story didn’t end in failure.

How did this young man bounce back to write one of the most vital books in history? And did you know he secretly inserted a bizarre, embarrassing "cameo" of himself into the text?

In our latest Jew's Views post, "Who Wrote the Book of Mark? An Introduction to the Jewish Journey Through Mark," we uncover the historical evidence, the eyewitness testimony of Peter, and why the timeline of this Gospel matters so deeply for our faith today.

The empty tomb isn't just a symbol; it's a declaration. Walking into that tomb for the first time, expecting answers, and finding the greatest answer of all: He's not here. He is risen. And one day, He's coming back. Until then, we say Maranatha — even so, come quickly, Lord Jesus.

Experience the empty tomb for yourself. Join us on our 2027 Israel trip! Click here for details: https://www.sojournerministries.com/israel-tour
