Please join us in celebrating Coach Nazari and his well-deserved promotion to Academy Coordinator & Camp Director!

One of our core values at Dutch FC is Lead By Serving — and Coach Nazari has demonstrated exactly what that looks like.

He joined Dutch FC just two years ago with no prior coaching experience, but from the very beginning, he showed a genuine desire to want help, get involved, learn, and serve wherever the club needed him.

Since then, he has developed into a strong coach who develops players, builds teams, and work collaboratively with other coaches to create new teams and opportunities for them, not just himself. That ability to build something, then help others do the same, is exactly the kind of duplication and leadership we want throughout Dutch FC.

Time and time again, Coach Nazari has gone above and beyond what was asked of him, stepping up to support our players, coaches, families, and programs. His willingness to serve, take initiative, collaborate, and put the club first is what leadership is all about.
We are incredibly proud to see him take on more responsibility and a greater leadership role within Dutch FC.

In his new position, Coach Nazari will work closely with Coach Colin and Coach Chris with an ambitious goal: double the size of our Academy over the next 12 months.

It’s a big challenge — but we have every confidence he’s ready for it.

Congratulations, Coach Nazari! We’re excited to see what’s ahead.

Lead By Serving. 🧡⚽
