We have another opportunity to donate time to a great cause that raises funds for those affected by cancer.
Float Fest 2025, hosted by Community Cancer Fund SJI and Roche Harbor, is a weekend of festivities focused on raising money. Put it on your calendar, it's coming up Labor Day weekend (August 29th & 30th).

While this isn't directly a TeamH**b event, we OFTEN collaborate with Community Cancer Fund to help islanders with needs.

Here are the shifts and duties:

Friday, August 29th @ West Lawn (RH outside Lime Kiln)

Duties:
• Selling tickets to Saturday Hospitality Float
• Promoting CCF SJI
• Selling Gear
• Grab and Go Snacks
Volunteer Shifts:
• 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM
▸ 1–2 volunteers needed
• 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM
▸ 1–2 volunteers needed

Friday, August 29th @ RH Pavilion

Duties:
• Checking people into Captains Kick-Off
• Prepping Grab and Go Snacks (post-event)
Volunteer Shifts:
• 4:15 PM – 6:30 PM Registration Management)
▸ 2–3 volunteers needed
• 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM (Paddle Raise Recorders/Spotters)
▸ 2–3 volunteers needed (can be same as team above shift)

Saturday, August 30th @ G Dock @ Roche Harbor

Duties:
• Selling tickets
• Hospitality Float Check-In
• Selling Gear
• Grab and Go Snacks

Volunteer Shifts:
• 11:00 AM – 1:40 PM
▸ 1–2 volunteers needed
• 1:30 PM – 4:10 PM
▸ 1–2 volunteers needed
• 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
