Posting our longest residing cat every week until they get adopted week 1/? 🗓 Myra is ADOPTED (a super big and monumental moment for her foster!!) So let's talk about Licorice!
Licorice: In shelter 293 days. Originally a stray from a nearby town, she came in with another cat, EXTREMELY sick. At only 4 months old she had been fighting for her life against the outdoors and illness. Now she's a little over a year old and a totally different cat. She prefers a quiet home, with someone who will be there to keep her company often. She loves to follow her foster around and meow until she gets the attention she deserves, but only after a little game of cat and mouse chase! Can she come home with you to play?
OK with cats? Tolerable, but prefers not.
OK with kids? No, she doesn't like the sudden and unpredictable movement.
OK with dogs? Unsure
