Welcome back, teachers! 🤗 The PTO treated the amazing FLC staff to a coffee and breakfast bar this morning, and we set up a Teacher Charcuterie Board where they could build their own clipboard full of fun supplies for the new school year ✨

We’ll be decorating FLC’s walkways with positive messages to welcome students back to FLC. The PTO will provide chalk and fun music.

Reminder: Pre-K and Kindergarten Orientation is this Thursday, September 3!

Each session will last about an hour and will include general information about FLC policies and procedures as well as a visit to your student’s classroom. Students are welcome to come with you and meet their teacher! This is also a great opportunity to drop off their classroom supplies 🖍️📓✏️✂️

Don’t forget to stop by the PTO table to sign up for your family membership, learn about upcoming events, and say hello! 👋🏻

Recordatorio: ¡La sesión de orientación para Pre-K y Kindergarten es este jueves, 3 de septiembre!

Cada sesión durará aproximadamente una hora e incluirá información general sobre las políticas y procedimientos del FLC, así como una visita al aula de su hijo(a). ¡Los estudiantes pueden acompañarlos y conocer a su maestro(a)! Reminder: FLC has a student dress code! 👕 Keep this guide handy while you’re back-to-school shopping to make sure your student has the proper clothes for the school year.

Footwear: Sneakers or other comfortable shoes are encouraged, as students have daily recess 👟

Recordatorio: ¡FLC cuenta con un código de vestimenta para los estudiantes! 👕 Ten esta guía a mano al hacer las compras para el regreso a clases y asegúrate de que tu estudiante tenga la ropa adecuada para el año escolar.
