Bella View Farm Animal Sanctuary - a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Franklin, North Carolina, rescuing, rehabilitating, and providing lifelong sanctuary for disabled and special-needs farm animals. Bella View Farm Animal Sanctuary – Franklin, NC

Bella View Farm Animal Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing lifelong care, healing, and a permanent loving home for disabled and special-nee

ds baby farm animals — especially baby goats. 🐐

Many of our residents are severely handicapped and require 24/7 care — animals who would otherwise not have a chance at life. We not only give them a happy life, but a quality of life filled with safety, enrichment, and dignity. We are a true sanctuary in every sense — not open to the public, not a petting zoo, and we never exploit our animals for entertainment or commercial purposes. Our mission is to protect and honor their well-being above all else. Bella View Farm is run entirely by volunteers and funded solely by public donations — we have no paid staff. Every cent you give goes directly toward caring for the disabled animals here and helping make room for those waiting to come in. Ways to help:

We want to say thank you. ❤️

To the kind people who support the sanctuary through monthly donations and wish list gifts, thank you.

Your generosity helps provide food, bedding, medications, and specialized care for the animals who call Bella View Farm home.

We appreciate you tremendously. ❤️

After taking things slowly, Blue and Bandit finally met face-to-face. So far, lots of curiosity and no drama. ❤️

Tanya was mixing Charlie’s bottle when Pepper decided the best seat in the house was… on top of her head.

Around here, animal care often comes with an unexpected supervisor. 🐔❤️

Some animals need wheelchairs.

Some need extra medical care.

And some need supervision because they’ll put a wee-wee pad on their head and sit there like it’s perfectly reasonable.

Looking at you, Donny. ❤️

Thank you. ❤️

Yesterday’s post was difficult to write, and we were overwhelmed by the kindness shown through comments, shares, and a few new monthly supporters.

At a sanctuary, the highs and lows often happen at the same time. While Charlie is rolling around in his wheelchair enjoying life, another animal may be facing a medical challenge. That’s just the reality of rescue.

Every animal here has a story, and every one of them matters.

We see you, and we are grateful.

A little reality behind Bella View Farm Animal Sanctuary.

Sometimes I think people see our videos and photos and assume there must be paid staff, grants, a board of directors, or major donors keeping everything running.

The truth is much more real.

There is no paid staff.

There are no board members to delegate jobs to.

There are no large organizations funding our work.

There is no team of social media experts creating content behind the scenes.

Most days, it’s just me.

Greg helps before and after his full-time job. A handful of compassionate volunteers help when they can.

And together, we care for animals who require much more than food and shelter

Wheelchairs.
Diapers.
Medications.
Special bedding.
Mobility assistance.
Daily hands-

, When donations fall short, the responsibility doesn’t go away. The animals still need the same care tomorrow.

I’m not sharing this because we’re in crisis.

I’m sharing it because Bella View needs more monthly supporters “I can’t keep wondering if we’re going to be short at the end of the month.

What means the most to me isn’t the amount. It’s knowing that next month, and the month after that, there are people standing behind these animals.

I’m really happy that the animals get to live their lives and don’t have to worry about the things that I worry about for them.

If you’ve followed our journey, cheered on the animals, laughed at the chaos, or celebrated the victories, please consider becoming a monthly supporter.

❤️ The animals count on us.
And we count on people like you.
