20 years ago, we set out on a mission to ensure children could live a life free from harm. We are inspired every day by those who step up to take care of abused and neglected children.

We're grateful every day for our counseling partners who support survivors on their journey to healing and independence.

While our attorneys work to secure protective orders that keep families safe, we recognize that legal action alone cannot undo the emotional and psychological scars of abuse. We pair enforceable legal protection with accessible mental health services that help survivors process trauma and rebuild stability.

Thank you to our community partners, like Wellness Counseling and Consulting, for helping us change lives and disrupt generational cycles of abuse.

In her Paralegal Era ✨

We’re so proud of Ada, our Legal Assistant turned Paralegal, for earning her certification! Her growth not only strengthens our legal team, but also helps MJM serve more families with the high quality legal representation they deserve.

Congratulations, Ada! 🎉

We love when clients come say hi! Thank you for showing us what true strength looks like.

Fort Worth is officially the 10th largest city in the US, and the 4th largest in Texas. As the city’s population continues to grow, so do the phone calls we receive every day seeking help from family violence.

MJM is here to answer the call, providing critical legal representation for survivors of domestic violence and child abuse. If you or anyone you know needs family law help, call 817-339-2407.

Healing doesn’t stop in the courtroom—especially for children. For the young survivors we serve, we're happy to offer play therapy.

It's more than just play; it’s a vital, developmentally appropriate way to process trauma, build emotional regulation, and begin to feel safe again.
