City Build is back!

Bring the whole family to City Build, a free, hands-on event where imagination takes shape one box at a time.

📍 Amon Carter Center at Lena Pope

Children and families will transform cardboard boxes into buildings, then work together to create a one-of-a-kind miniature city complete with streets and the Trinity River. Along the way, they'll explore architecture, city planning, creativity, and teamwork while helping build an amazing community masterpiece.

All materials are provided. All ages are welcome, and participation is FREE!

Presented in conjunction with Historic Fort Worth's 2026 Preservation is the Art of the City Art Show, this popular event is the perfect way to spark creativity and celebrate the places that make Fort Worth special. While the kids create, shop the show.
