𝗝𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲/𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘆 joined the Campbell County Family YMCA, as it celebrated sixty years of serving local families.

The celebration honored a community effort that began in Fort Thomas, where neighbors believed Campbell County deserved a place where people could grow, connect, and belong. They built it together, and six decades later, it is still going strong.

The YMCA offers programs for every age, from youth sports and swim lessons to fitness classes, child care, and senior wellness. It remains a place where people of all backgrounds come together.

Judge/Executive Pendery thanked the staff, volunteers, and members who have kept the mission alive for generations. He shared that the strength of the YMCA reflects the strength of the people who keep showing up for one another.

Here is to sixty years and to the many more ahead.

🎉 60 years strong! 🎉

Today, we celebrated a remarkable milestone as the Campbell County YMCA marked 60 years of strengthening community.

We heard stories from board members who helped shape this Y, recognized the volunteers whose dedication kept it thriving, and reflected on six decades of impact with a look back from Y historian Bryan McIntyre.

For generations, this Y has been a place where people build friendships, discover their potential, and find a sense of belonging. Congratulations to our Campbell County Y family on 60 years of connection, impact, and community.

Help at special events. Volunteer weekly at the
Welcome Center. Coach a team, start a book club, or
share a skill like dance or music. Show up for Kids Club
or pitch in at the facility. However you give your time,
you're helping build a stronger, more connected
community.

It's National Volunteer Week — and we're celebrating all

Last year, 4,300 volunteers gave 109,522 hours to the
YMCA of Greater Cincinnati. That's thousands of
