Another fantastic display of friendship and brotherly love at the Beach Lodge this morning as three Brothers were raised to the Sublime Degree of Master Mason.

Congratulations to the new Masters Burris, Tripp, and Norris! We’re excited to see what the future holds and what you’ll contribute to our lodge to make it better!

Congratulations to the degree team for a job well done and for the Brothers from the lodge, across the district and beyond that made this possible and shared this special day.

There’s always something going on at the Beach. Couldn’t make this meeting? No problem. We’re back at it next Thursday as our District Deputy Grand Master pays us an official visit!

Not a Mason, but think it might be good for you? You should talk to one (or many) of us and find out.

Several Brothers of Fort Myers Beach Lodge had the pleasure of attending R:. W:. District Deputy Grand Master Zimmerman’s first official visit and enjoyed the great fellowship and hospitality of our Brothers at Cypress Masonic Lodge No. 295 in Naples tonight.

The working moniker for District 24’s committeemen is the Zimmermaniacs. What do you think?

It’s always a good time sitting in lodge with our Brothers at LaBelle Lodge 379 F & AM!

Southwest Florida’s Friendliest Lodge lived up to the hype once again. There’s still not a better way to spend a Thursday night in the area if you’re a Mason- and you certainly won’t find better company than this zany crew.

We all shared the sense of loss for our Brother Ed Lanham who recently laid down his working tools, but there was comfort, sharing of great memories, and even opportunities for levity.

We were honored to have the Worshipful Master of John Warren Lodge in Hopkinton, MA John Coutinho and Brother Hugo from Boca Delray Lodge No. 171 who’s newer to the area in attendance tonight, and we hope to see a lot more of them both in the future. While significantly smaller in size than FMB’s challenge coins, John Warren Lodge has a strong coin game themselves, leaning into their location as the start of the Boston Marathon (check out the pics).

Bro. Stephen Stokes was recognized for helping replenish our lodge pin supply, which took a big hit from hurricane saltwater damage (and W:. Kit’s freewheeling distribution across the country). He was awarded a shiny new name tag featuring his snappy new nickname (with his blessing, of course).

We have a Master Mason degree coming up on 6/13 for three special Brothers, and hope our Masonic community will come out in force to support and celebrate with us.

There’s always something going on at the Beach. Couldn’t make this meeting? No problem. We’re back at it the third Thursday of June!

It is with regret we must inform you that our Brother Ed Lanham has been called to the Celestial Lodge above.

His Masonic resume was long and distinguished. R:.W:. Ed was a Past Master of our Lodge, a District Deputy, current Secretary at LaBelle Lodge, a 33rd degree Scottish Rite Mason, one of the best lecturers we’ve seen, and a list of superlatives too long to relay here.

More than that, he was a good man, a friend, and a patriot. We will miss him.

Arrangements have not yet been finalized, but we will communicate them as that develops.
