Today, Economic Development Director Jefferson Fosbender represented the Growth Alliance at the Second Chance Job Fair, hosted by Iowa Workforce Development (IWD) and AFES Athletics For Education and Success 🤝

This meaningful event brought together 9 area employers and 11 community agencies to connect job seekers, including those overcoming barriers, with real employment opportunities and the support they need to succeed.

We're proud to support events like this that give everyone a fair shot and help change the trajectory of individuals and families right here in Fort Dodge.
