Just visited with Jay Hartz, the new owner of the Hotel Pattee in Pattee, IA and he is offering to IRSPA members a less then Hal price for a nights stay in his hotel. The price would be $59.00 for one nights stay Sunday through Thursday nights. He will be sending pictures that I will post. It is an exceptionally nice hotel, each room has a different theme. Webster County Retired Teachers Association will have their kick-off meeting August 31, 2015 to celebrate "WE DON"T HAVE TO GO TO SCHOOL DAYS". Location: Fort Dodge Presbyterian Church at 12:00 Noon. You will find a very active group "NOT READY TO GROW OLD", but active in all kinds of volunteer programs. Phil Tetzloff, IRSPA's Legislative Chair will speak to us about IPERS, which is our main focus "Protect IPERS". If you know newly retired school personnel invite them, their meal is provided free of charge by IOWA RETIRED SCHOOL PERSONNEL. Looking forward to seeing you all there as we rev-up for 2015-2016 Year!!!
