Bounce Animal Rescue is a nonprofit organization focused on rescuing and transitioning displaced domestic animals into their ideal homes. We rescue animals from in and out of state shelters, hoarding cases, owner surrenders, and numerous other at-risk situations. We place heavy emphasis on quality veterinary care, nutrition, spay/neuter programs, education, and compatible adoptions. Bounce Animal

Rescue was founded in 2015 as the need for placement and rescue for at-risk displaced animals grew in the United States. As of 2024, we have grown to 300+ foster homes and volunteers, and have rescued over 9,000 animals. On average, 110+ animals are in our care at any given time. Throughout Bounce's tenure, we have partnered and collaborated with numerous veterinary clinics, transport partners, rescues, shelters, trainers, behaviorists, and groomers around the state. We are also members of the Northern Colorado Regional Animal Welfare Coalition and Animal Welfare Association of Colorado. Foster-based organizations, like Bounce Animal Rescue, play a critical role in supporting high-intake shelters by taking in their most vulnerable populations such as seniors, medical cases, long-stays, and juveniles. Bounce Animal Rescue is an IRS 501(C)(3) non-profit organization, tax ID # 47-5045769. We operate solely on monetary and in-kind donations, fundraising, and grants. We receive no government funding. Meet sisters Amy and Becca. Apparently, good looks run in the family. Being boring, however, does not.

Amy is the resident adventurer. She’s energetic, curious, affectionate, and always ready to investigate whatever you’re doing. She loves to play, explore, and soak up as much attention as anyone is willing to give her. And with a face like that, she rarely has trouble finding it.

Becca is outgoing, playful, and firmly believes strangers are just friends who haven’t met her yet. She’s always ready for a game or a new adventure, but she also knows a good lap and some undivided attention when she sees it.

Both girls are looking for families ready for plenty of play, adventure, and affection while helping them grow into the wonderful dogs they’re well on their way to becoming. Good looks, great personalities, and absolutely no shortage of entertainment. Genetics understood the assignment. Colorado, we have a very important election to discuss. The candidate is fluffy, weighs approximately one small human, and would look exceptional on a beer can. Meet Dia, a 5-year-old Great Pyrenees competing for the title of Fort Collins Top Dog 2026—and she has chosen Bounce Animal Rescue as her charity!

Dia was born with grade 4 luxating patellas, meaning her kneecaps were severely displaced and, as a puppy, she couldn’t walk without assistance or even step over a small ledge. Thanks to a rescue, some incredible veterinary care, and a pretty amazing set of veterinarian parents, Dia is now pain-free and happily keeping up with her human and four-legged siblings.

She’s now using her good looks and even better personality to help other animals get the care they need. Here’s where you come in: every $1 donated to Dia’s Fort Collins Top Dog campaign equals one vote, and every dollar she raises comes directly to Bounce. If Dia wins? Her face gets featured on a can of Odell beer.

We’d like to formally apologize to every other puppy currently on the internet. Frannie showed up, and the competition got considerably tougher.

Outside of being ridiculously photogenic, Frannie is the perfect balance of playful and cuddly. She’s making great progress with house training, sleeps well in her kennel, and thinks every dog she meets is already her best friend. Whether she’s racing around the yard or wrestling with her canine pals, she’s all in. Once the fun is over, Frannie has exactly one agenda item: locating the nearest human lap and letting you pet her until your hand falls off.

Friends, this is Doug. He is under the impression that every puddle, kiddie pool, and body of water was placed on Earth specifically for his enjoyment. And with that joyous face, we’re not interested in correcting him. This happy-go-lucky puppy is equal parts adventure buddy, cuddle enthusiast, and backyard comedian. He’s curious, affectionate, people-loving, and approaches every day like it’s the best one he’s ever had.

Doug is looking for a family that will keep his brain busy, give him plenty of opportunities to perfect his cannonballs, and save a spot on the couch for post-adventure cuddles. Hiking, camping, backyard barbecues, or an afternoon doing absolutely nothing on the couch is all better when he’s invited.
