The Center for Family Outreach We are a local non-profit that provides education, prevention and early intervention for youth. We also provide classes and support for parents and gradians!

The Center for Family Outreach was established in December of 2000 as a non-profit organization offering prevention, education and early intervention services for youth ages 11 to 18 and their families. We strive to restore hope and provide opportunities for those in need as we strengthen and inspire the youth of Larimer County and their families. Our specialties are one-on-one case management, me

diation and early intervention strategies for youth. Some of our services include crisis intervention, life skills development, drug and alcohol education, communication skills, gender-identity classes and other educational classes for youth struggling with substance abuse, mental health issues, family conflict and at-risk behavior.
