Friday is our offering day.

Do you really understand how much our giving pleases the Father? Offerings are very precious to Him. He knows the time and the labor required to obtain money, and the self-sacrifice that it represents when we give it away for Him.

Money represents a significant portion of our lives, and when we choose to give it away willingly, it pleases Him greatly. You see, God is most interested in our hearts. And giving away some of our hard-earmed money, that we could have spent on ourselves, speaks volumes for our hearts. Simply put, our giving says, "I love you". At the end of the day, our giving is simply an expression of our love to Him. It says to God, "I choose to trust and depend on you, above all else."

Your giving is a sweet-smelling sacrifice to God, and it is well-pleasing to Him. It shows that we are becoming more like Him. "For God so loved the world, that He gave..."

Give flowers and gifts to the ones you love while they're still alive. Spend some of their inheritance on them while you can still see them enjoy it. Don't put off those dreams forever. Money can be caught up or paid back, but time cannot. Once some opportunities pass, they are gone forever. Redeem the time.

If you only live your life by what you see, and you construct your life and your finances such that faith is never required, then you'll never see the full plan of God manifest in your life.

The life of the Believer is one marked by faith. You must do what He says, regardless of how things look. Faith and radical obedience will always go hand in hand.

There's something better than being pre-approved for a loan, and that's being pre-funded for your needs.

God is the God who sees ahead, and will provide funds at the point of your requirement, when you choose by faith to place a demand on the Kingdom for your provision.

If you'll learn to trust God for the funding beforehand, then you can minister from your provision, rather than having to minister for your provision. One is the position of a Kingdom ambassador. The other is the position of a hireling. If you freely give of the Gospel, then you qualify to freely receive your provision from heaven.

Don't argue. It's not on me to argue with anyone to convince them of anything. I am to speak the Word and then move on. It's the soil of a person's own heart that will determine whether the truth is received and produces a harvest, or gets lost to the enemy. My only responsibility is to scatter the seed of the Word. It is God who gives the increase.

All the believers were united in heart and mind. And they felt that what they owned was not their own, so they shared everything they had. The apostles testified powerfully to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and God's great blessing was upon them all. There were no needy people among them, because those who owned land or houses would sell them and bring the money to the apostles to give to those in need.

I've lived long enough to have witnessed many waves of God's outpourings in the church. And each time that God has moved in a radical new way among His people, one of the results was that people began to give radically. God doesn't just love us, but God IS LOVE. And one of the markers of God's love is that it gives. For God so loved the world that He gave...

Whenever His church begins to shrink back in their giving, you can be assured that the love of God in their hearts has begun to dwindle and grow cold. When people become self-focused, their giving dries up. But when they become God-focused, people-focused and Kingdom-focused, their is a radical generosity that results. Their hearts long to give to see people saved, healed and set free. The focus shifts from "me" and what I need, to "Him" and how can I be of help to others.

When the spirit of generosity hits the church, that's when the real miracles, signs and wonders begin to break out. God loves a radical, cheerful, quick-to-do-it giver that has a heart filled by His love.

If you've had a problem with giving, do a heart check with Jesus. Ask Him to help you see things through His eyes. Ask Him to show you your own heart. Ask Him to help you to radically love others with a radical generosity.
