Our Brandon Acres community was established in 1987 and prior to it, the land we now live on was a massive horse farm. We are now a pool and tennis court community with 112 homes.

The speeding in our neighborhood is getting worrisome so the installation of a new speed detector sign is currently in progress.
We would appreciate your feedback on the installation of speed bumps. Please indicate your stance on this matter. Are you pro or con?

The Brandon Acres HOA pool is now open for the summer. Pool keys have been activated for Members who are current on their HOA dues. Please email [email protected] or text 706 773-5675 if you need a new key or to report any issues. Enjoy the pool this summer but please clean-up after yourself when you leave.
