Bowl for the Gold will be a bowling tournament 🎳 to benefit Gold Star Kids ⭐️ as we work to bring funds in to sponsor Gold Star Kids to go to summer camp through Annie's Hope - The Center for Grieving Kids! We had 30+ volunteers that visited with the Veterans at Delmar Gardens South yesterday! Truly humbled over the level of support Legacy of Patriots had for our Veterans Christmas Event yet again this year. The Veterans enjoyed their gifts and being able to share some of their stories with us. Some residents still had their ornaments we gave them last year so it was special to visit with them again.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone that supported this event! Our volunteers are what make these events so special. Possibly looking to expand this event to two days/locations next year! 🎄 🎅 🇺🇸

Our elves have been busy putting the finishing touches on our gifts to the Veterans at Delmar Gardens South! We will be meeting with 26 Veterans this Saturday to visit, listen to their stories and share a gift with them from Legacy of Patriots. This year’s stockings are filled with Kleenex, lotion, chapstick, comfy socks, a small 2026 calendar, a deck of cards, and handwritten Christmas notes written by Civil Air Patrol MO-110 and the students at Victory Christian Academy. The Veterans will also be receiving a fleece blanket this year. Thank you to those that support our mission and continue to make events like this possible! Merry Christmas! 🎄

Our annual Veteran’s Christmas Event will be here before we know it and we need YOUR help!! We are asking people to hand write a Christmas card to the 26 veterans we will be meeting with. Please message us on FB or email [email protected] and we will give you some details of your veteran and where to mail the card(s). Thanks in advance for your help!

What a great morning! Thank you to everyone that attended the 3rd Annual Miles of Memories 5k! Whether you ran, walked, volunteered, or were there to cheer everyone on, THANK YOU!!

Special thank you to Annie's Hope - The Center for Grieving Kids, KMOV, Wentzville Civil Air Patrol, Yard Card Nut, AccuCare Event Medical, and John Jarrett Music for your support as well!

We are working on linking the race times to each participant. Updates coming on that!

There will be a video of photos put together so please submit your participation photos by September 20th. Those can be emailed to [email protected]. In the meantime, enjoy a few highlights of the morning!
