Now that’s what we call a book haul! 📦

Melissa just rolled in with a massive stack of donations from our wonderful friends at the East Side Half Price Books! 📚 From picture books to teen reads, these boxes are packed with stories that will soon find their way into the hands of local kids.

📚🎉 Classroom Kickstart 2026 was a success! In just 4 days, we served 712 educators with 22,466 diverse books to stock their classroom libraries and ignite a love of reading!

We couldn’t have done it without our incredible sponsors, supporters, educators, and volunteers who believe in the power of books. 💛 Thank you for helping us send students into the school year with stories that inspire, engage, and reflect who they are.

We are so sad to hear that our literacy hero, Dolly Parton, has passed away. 💛

Dolly was truly a force of nature, using her voice, her music, and her incredible generosity to help children discover the joy of reading.

Through Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, millions of children have received books and the opportunity to build a lifelong love of reading. Her legacy will live on in every book she shared, every child she inspired, and every life she touched.

We are so grateful to be part of that legacy and will continue carrying her love of books forward. 📚
