Castaway Classic - Charity EDH Tournament
Saturday, June 13, 2026 at 12:00 PM

Competitive Commander players, it’s time to shuffle up for a great cause at Gear Gaming Fayetteville!

Join us for our Charity cEDH Tournament in partnership with Play it Forward NWA, where high-powered gameplay meets community spirit in an exciting day of fast mana, huge plays, and fierce competition. Players will battle through pods of Competitive Commander for prizes, prestige, and the grand prize: a Tropical Island card awarded to the tournament champion.

Entry is $40 per player, and proxies are allowed for this event.

We will also be accepting non-perishable food donations throughout the event to further support local families in need.

Event Schedule:

* Player Meeting: 11:30 AM
* Play Begins: 12:00 PM

Whether you’re a seasoned cEDH veteran or looking to test your deck against some of the area’s strongest players, expect an energetic and welcoming atmosphere filled with incredible games and unforgettable moments.

New giveaway ⚾! Thanks to Gear Gaming Fayetteville , we have 4 tickets for the Friday June 19 Northwest Arkansas Naturals baseball game to give away! The game will be followed by a fireworks show. The Northwest Arkansas Naturals are proud to help raise money and shine a spotlight on Play It Forward: NWA at the game on Friday, June 19th 2026. This special night at Arvest Ballpark will bring together family, friends, and supporters to enjoy Naturals baseball! Gates open at 5:45pm and game time is 7:05pm. Postgame fireworks will take place after the game.

Come hang out with us at Final Boss Games Sunday!

This Sunday! Come Cube For A Cause! Grab some pizza, and enjoy our custom Cubes created by our locals.

What is a cube? Instead of opening booster packs from a normal set, players draft from a curated collection of cards chosen by the Cube’s creator, randomized into custom packs. That means every Cube has its own personality and balance.

The fun part is that Cube lets you experience drafting in a completely custom way. Every card is there on purpose, every draft feels different, and no two Cubes are exactly the same.

Cube is great for players who like drafting, deckbuilding, and discovering card interactions without needing to crack new packs every time.

We'll have cubes available for Pokemon, Magic, Riftbound, and Yu-Gi-Oh! All proceeds go to Play It Forward: NWA to fight food insecurity in our area.
