FirstLink is proud to share that our Executive Director, Jennifer Illich, has been selected as a 2026 Bush Fellow.

The Bush Fellowship is a highly competitive leadership program that invests in individuals with a strong track record of leadership and a commitment to making a meaningful difference in their communities.

Since joining FirstLink in 2016, Jennifer has helped lead significant growth in crisis services across North Dakota and Minnesota, including the expansion of 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline services, 211 Information and Referral, Care & Support follow-up programs, mobile crisis coordination, and community partnerships that connect people to help and hope.

As a Bush Fellow, Jennifer will have the opportunity to invest in her own leadership growth through learning, experiences, and relationships that will strengthen her ability to serve FirstLink, our partners, and the communities we support.

Please join us in congratulating Jennifer on this well-deserved recognition. We are excited to see the impact this opportunity will have on her leadership journey and on the future of FirstLink.
