Founded in 1994, Falmouth Together We Can was sponsored by the Falmouth Substance Abuse Commission. By 1996, Falmouth Together We Can, Inc. became incorporated as a nonprofit, 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization.
Since its inception, Together We Can, Inc. has centered focus around community-driven leaders, groups, and organizations. Falmouth Together We Can, Inc. has sponsored and been instrumental
in the creation and success of several programs and organizations. Today, FTWC serves as an umbrella organization for those who are just getting started. Our success stories showcase the power of a helping hand in building a community that cares about its families and youth. As Falmouth Together We Can, Inc. serves its mission to promote these intrinsic values, the organization hopes to extend its reach to communities across Cape Cod and the Islands.
