We had a great training Tuesday night. Sometimes you gotta keep it simple. Repetition of the basics is what keeps necessary and important skills sharp. Getting the nozzle and hose from the truck to the fire is a critical piece to the efficiency of firefighting. Thanks to everyone for your dedication to serving our community.

A few members of Fairhope VFD came together this morning to complete a Memorial Day “Murph Challenge”.
The “Murph” was created in honor of Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL killed in Afghanistan in 2005 and consists of: 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and another 1-mile run.
This workout has become a Memorial Day tradition for many - a way to remember & honor the fallen, who gave everything for others & for our country. 🇺🇸

We will always remember the price paid for our freedom. May God Bless America.
