We are finally going to be setup and giving away free water at Arts and Crafts! Come see us in front of Ken and Vern’s Barber Shop Friday and Saturday! 🎉🎉🎉

Come find us in front of Ken and Vern’s barber shop during The Fairhope Arts and Craft’s festival! We will have free water for everyone and we will also be selling our Little Fish Big Hearts shirts along with various other items to raise money for the purpose of our organization: to share the love of Jesus Christ by providing food to the hungry. This fund raiser will kick start our monthly commitment of providing rice and beans to families that live in the dump of Nindiri, Nicaragua! We would love to have everyone stop by whether it’s just to grab a bottle of water or to be apart of the amazing work we’ve begun in Nicaragua!

As I gain another disciple to sit at my kitchen table and train up in the way he should go, I think of the endless values to teach him from God’s holy word… *go make disciples of all nations *love your neighbor *if you close your heart to those in need, how can love abide in you? *love the lord your God with your WHOLE heart… to name a few! And then I think of how blessed we are to provide meals to families in need so that they can sit at the kitchen table to do the same!

Over the past 8 years God has used so many people to benefit the people of the Nindiri dump and have also blessed me to help me GO! As I move into a season of not being able to GO, God is working on my heart that this ministry was never meant for my benefit but the benefit of others! He is giving me an excitement to do more for the Nicaraguan people and to be apart of the community that is blessed to send others! Philippians 2:3-5

As my life has changed so much over the last 3 years and continues to drastically change now, the dream God placed in my heart in 2016 is heavy on my heart. God has blessed the people of the Nindiri Dump immensely through the hearts and giving of the Little Fish family over the last three years despite the ability to actually GO as often as originally planned. Not being able to get back there for over a year now and knowing it will be at least another year before I can return is hard to accept even when we know God’s plans are greater than our own! This morning I’m holding tight to Isaiah 60:22 believing God will give my heart peace until the appointed time! I sure miss hugging these sweet souls but peace comes from knowing they don’t need my hugs but hugs from their creator and savior! Thank you all for helping me send them the joy of the lord each month! It blesses them more than you know to receive the food but mostly to know God has placed them on people’s hearts they’ve never even met! ❤️

Little Fish Big Hearts is a growing organization committed to sharing the LOVE of Christ by providing food to the hungry. (Isaiah 58:10, Psalms 146:7) Our primary commitment is to a village of around 500 people living in the dump of Nindiri, Nicaragua. We have been visiting this village on a annual basis providing bibles and care packages of food and hygiene products. Starting today (March 22, 2020) we are providing care packages of rice and beans on a monthly basis. We want to encourage the people of this village that God loves them, cares for them, will provide for them and they not forgotten!
