Serving the forgotten corners of America. Discover the life of a Glenmary priest or brother. ⛪️🌿 The Glenmary Home Missioners of America, founded in 1939 by Rev.

William Bishop, is a community of Catholic missioners—priests and brothers, who together with students and co-missioners, proclaim the Reign of God by bringing the presence of the Catholic Church to the rural, mission areas of the United States of America. As a community of Missioners we desire to learn, to model, and to teach the love of Jesus by working in collaboration with other Christians. Inspired by the Holy Spirit and nourished by the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the Eucharist, we minister through Word, Sacrament, prayer and service. Our mission is to witness, as well as experience, love, justice, unity, reconciliation and hope with all the people we serve. Our commitment to God, to mission and to one another is the foundation, which calls, forms, unites and sends us.

As we honor the North American Martyrs today, we at the Glenmary Home Missioners also celebrate our own patronal feast. Please keep our home missions and all the Glenmary priests and brothers today as they continue serving those in need and bringing the Eucharistic Presence! ⛪🙏🎉

Here are some sights around Glenmary that capture the uniqueness of our spirituality and heart.

Please join us in praying for the members of the Glenmary community as they gather for a meaningful time of theological reflection to listen, learn, and grow together as they continue walking alongside the people of rural America.

Today's food for thought:
"Jesus calls you. Not a perfect version of you. Not a future version of you. YOU. Right now. Just as you are!"

Pray this with us: "Gracious God, thank you for meeting me right where I am today with all my imperfections and questions. Help me to let go of the pressure to be someone else and to rest fully in your unconditional love. Grant me the grace to embrace my true self and walk forward in your peace, trusting that I am enough simply as I am." AMEN!

We're always available to journey with you!
