Welcome to the Hayden & Crue Project! This is our way to honor our babies & turn emotion into a mission.

With this non profit organization we will be able to give back to the L&D and NICU teams throughout the tri-state for years to come! The Hayden & Crue Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to investing in local hospitals by providing Angel Suites to Labor and Delivery and Neonatal Intensive Care Units. We strive in providing unwavering support, healing and compassion to families

Be a part of our "Garden of Hope" sponsorship! This is a separate addition from our typical hole sponsorship. The Garden of Hope sponsorship will include signage of your choice in a potted plant near the course start.
This is a great way for loss families to include a little more detail about their angel, as we are happy to include a few sentences, quotes, etc of your choosing on the signage.
This is also a great way for family and friends to sponsor the outing!
At the end of the outing, you may take your plant home or donate it back to the hospitals!

We are SO excited to welcome our newest board member!

Meet Amara Kinney, Community Liason 💜

We are honored to introduce our newest dedicated leader helping guide the mission of The Hayden and Crue Project.

With over 16 years of experience in social work, behavioral health, healthcare, child welfare, and community services, she has devoted her career to supporting individuals and families throughout the Greater Cincinnati community. She currently serves in the City of Cincinnati's Department of Opportunity and Resident Services, helping lead resident-focused initiatives and community support efforts.

Her connection to our mission is deeply personal.

As a mother of twins born at 25 weeks gestation, she experienced the unimaginable loss of her daughter, Mila, after 15 days in the NICU due to necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC). Through her grief, she gained a profound understanding of the importance of compassionate care, strong support systems, and walking alongside families during their most difficult moments.

Today, she brings both her professional expertise and lived experience to The Hayden and Crue Project, helping us continue our mission of supporting NICU families, honoring babies, and creating hope through healing.

Please join us in welcoming and celebrating her dedication to our community. 💙

EXCITING NEWS! ⛳

The golf outing ticket sales are now live!

🌸When: Friday, July 24th, 2026

🌸Location: Walden Ponds Golf Club
(6090 Golf Club Ln. Hamilton, OH 45011)

🌸Check in starts at 7:00 AM

🌸Shotgun Start: 8:30 AM

🌸What's included:
A swag bag, 2 drink tickets, food at the turn and a late lunch / early dinner will be provided for every golfer. There will be opportunities to participate in the golf cannon, purchase mulligans, participate in other fun holes on the course, and a prize for 1st and 2nd place teams.

🌸Raffle tickets will be available for purchase to have a chance to win some amazing raffle baskets!

💐🌺 We are SUPER excited to announce that all the proceeds of the golf outing will not only be going towards the construction of our 4th labor and delivery Angel Suite at UC West Chester Hospital, but will also be going towards the construction of our 5th labor and delivery Angel Suite and our 2nd NICU Angel Suite at UC Main Campus!

As many of you know, having the opportunity to place two Angel Suites at UC Main Campus is very near and dear to our hearts as that is where Crue was born and spent his 9 beautiful days with us. This is truly a full circle moment and we can't thank everyone enough for the continued support! 🪽🤍

Today is International Bereaved Mother's Day and we would like to extend our love to all the Mama's who have a piece of their hearts in heaven.

Undoubtedly, the hardest club to be a part of but filled with the strongest women that we have ever come to know. 🤍🪽

Sometimes running a non-profit allows you to meet some pretty amazing people. Today, we had the opportunity to meet with Shane Richardson: who has done tremendous work honoring his son Tyler Richardson with Tyler's Army, David Fulcher: former safety for the Cincinnati Bengals and college football Hall of famer, and George Foster: Known as the "Big Red Machine" for the Cincinnati Reds.

Crue and Hayden even received some pretty awesome autographed Jerseys from David and the 12th original home run bat from George (symbolizing December when Crue was born) and the 9th original home run bat (symbolizing September when Hayden was born).

It was an amazing meeting of collaboration and we are so honored that they chose to meet with us today and cannot wait to see where this collaboration takes The Hayden and Crue Project 🩵🩷

The Hayden & Crue Project would like to thank Mariner for their generous donation. This donation will help us fund our already existing 4 Angel Suites as well as build and fund other future Angel Suites in local hospitals.

Mariner will also be listed under 2026 donors in all existing Angel Suites and any future Angel Suite.
